Catholic Charities provides outpatient mental health services. Services provided include individual, family, couples and group therapy for all ages. Options counseling is also provided regarding an unplanned pregnancy for both mothers and fathers. Adoption services including agency and private adoption home studies and post placement supervision. Catholic Charities serves all individuals regardless of faith or spiritual beliefs.

Children & Families of Iowa (CFI) is a private nonprofit organization that provides mental health therapy and group support; individual, family, and in-home counseling; and support services to children and families. Services also include parenting support, adoption services, community-based family team meetings, domestic violence support, and youth support groups.
